Thematic Discourses about Nuns
Ten short but profound discourses from the Thematic Discourses (Saṁyuttanikāya) in the Pāḷi Canon in which Māra tries to tempt or distract various Arahat nuns but only gets fine rebukes from the nuns for his trouble. Some of the most memorable teaching in verse is found in this collection.

Audio with Text
Hi Startingswimmer, I forgot to include the link to the page with the text and audio together. Will do it now. Please check the description above. Regarding the questions, please write to me at firstname.lastname@example.org, as the way the reviews work it is not easy to answer here.

Thanks for the good work!
Thanks a lot for adding the text so promptly. May I ask you the following two questions, which is not directly related to this group of discourses?
1) In terms of the Dhamma practice, is it better to practice as a 10-precept (or 8-precept) nun, or as a bhikkuni? I heard that ordination as a Bhikkhuni makes life unnecessarily troublesome, and not really helpful for the practice, and limits where one can stay to practice at the moment (and probably in the near future).
2) How do you practice samma sankappa?
Please excuse me if it's not appropriate to ask these questions here. Is there another place I can ask you questions?
With gratitude and metta!
